A FTSE 250 financial service company, the objective was to co-locate 620 staff from 5 locations, into one high profile new build. Working with the client team, we developed a detailed specification, matching key criteria, from functionality, finish and design to sustainability and manufacturing processes. Mock-ups were trialled and decisions made based on function, environmental credentials, ease of construction and cost. bureau procured the furniture on the client’s behalf and managed the installation over a period of 4 weeks. Everything was in place on day one, from bins under desks to the flowers on the reception desk.
