The Brief

The Harmsen Group worked closely with the client Head of Property of this FTSE 100 company to devise a property strategy that reduced its overall lease commitments and brought together teams based in three London locations. Following this, a detailed design scheme was developed to reflect the high quality environment expected in a heavily used trading office.
