Following the decision by Osborne Clark to consolidate staff into a purpose built building in the city, The Harmsen Group were appointed to create an open working environment that supported new flexible working styles.

The Result

The Harmsen Group initiated and participated in an intensive consultation process with Osborne Clark, allowing them to connect with the culture of the organisation, and enabling the creation of an environment that encourages dynamic communication and staff collaboration. The workspace enhances teamwork, embraces technology and encourages knowledge sharing.

The project was awarded the British Council of Offices 'Best Corporate Workplace' for the South of England.
