The Brief

RSRB needed to re-evaluate their working styles to allow for future expansion within their central London premises. The Harmsen Group used their work activity research tools to develop a strategy for expansion following extensive pilot schemes. A phased design and fit out program followed that allowed the project to proceed with minimal disruption.

The Result

The Harmsen Group developed the ‘FutureWork' program along side the RSRB management team as part of a 4 year accommodation strategy. The firm now works within a more open collaborative workspace incorporating cordless telephony, breakout spaces and a new top floor Knowledge Centre all reflecting the firm's international standing.
