Severn Trent Water

The Brief

To design a call-centre operation in Coventry, as part of a phased relocation programme from Birmingham, prior to a full Head Office relocation in 2010. This was a strategic move to establish a presence in the city and to act as a test-bed for working practices and styles in the new HQ building. The call centre will be operational in this location for 24 months and as such must be designed with budget and flexibility in mind.

The Result

A vibrant space reflecting the confidence the organisation has in its future and proving that a budget conscious project does not have to compromise on design. In keeping with Harmsen’s sustainability policy, care was taken in the design to ensure that all products specified could be dismantled and used elsewhere in the property portfolio when the time arises.
