A FTSE 100 financial service company based in Bristol, the objective was to co-locate 620 staff from five locations, into one high profile, city centre new build. Our role included full design and specification from shell and core. We worked with the developers’ architects to modify base build design to suit client needs and improve the overall design impact. Recommended modifications to the mechanical design reduced energy consumption, resulting in a change from conventional four pipe fan coil to chilled beam cooling and lighting installation. The bespoke construction management procurement, saved time and cost. The workplace is dramatic and high quality, in keeping with the national standing of Hargreaves Lansdown.
