Communication is the most critical element of this role. We use an on-line project management system to issue and exchange information, ensuring that key stakeholders are involved and informed. Cost is carefully controlled at every level and regular meetings and reports keep you informed and the project on-programme. Industry certified membership within the team includes the Association for Project Managers (AMP) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
