Prior to a full Head Office relocation from Birmingham, a strategic decision was taken to establish a presence in Coventry, acting as a test-bed for working practices and styles in the new HQ building. Our role was to design a call-centre operation which would be operational in this location for 24 months and as such had to be designed with budget and flexibility in mind. We designed a vibrant space reflecting the confidence the organisation has in its future and proving that a budget conscious project does not have to compromise on design. Care was taken in the design to ensure that all products specified could be dismantled and used elsewhere in the property portfolio when the time arises.
