Tees Solicitors is a leading regional law firm. The expansion of Tees’ Cambridge office is part of the firm’s ambitious and forward-thinking development plan. Titan House was built in the 1980s and the project involved an extensive refurbishment. Our role was to maximise the opportunities arising from the base-build refurbishment, by changing the design of the entrance areas, main staircase and toilets. The key design challenge for the project was to create a visitor experience in keeping with Tees’ long-held standards of client-care, as well as their new brand and identity. By opening up the space to create an open, welcoming and professional client-facing environment, Harmsen’s design team has been able to reflect the importance that Tees places on the client experience.
